NHS/Dentist/Doctor/Hospital calls all blocked

Hi there, please help!

I’ve had this problem for months now. EE have been absolutely awful in finding a resolution and I can’t still receive calls from doctors/dentists/hospitals.

When they call my number it gives them an automated response that the number isn’t recognised, or it transfers them directly to a voicemail which is not mine. I get no notification of a call attempt or any voicemail, ever.

This only started once I switched to EE earlier this year.

I desperately need this resolved as waiting on hospital calls.  EE cust service has been beyond useless in helping.

I have an iPhone 16max. All settings have been checked, all numbers unbarred, sim has been checked, network diagnostics have been run. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!

Hi, I’m having the same problem I’m not able to receive 0300 numbers from my Hospital.
This started over a year ago I have regular blood tests & the Hospital would phone me with the results, then I received a letter saying they were unable to contact me on my phone number, so my Doctor took over & I didn’t really do anything regarding the Hospital not being able to contact me.
However recently I have been waiting for a call from the Hospital regarding an urgent mri scan then received a text saying my number isn’t available.
phoned ee today there not able to solve the problem & want me to some how get the last 3 missed calls from 0300 with times & postcode! Help please it seems I’m not the only one with this problem.

Hi @Bobbymoore2

Thanks for coming to the community.

I've sent you a private message, to get some extra details.

Please take a look and get back to me when you can.

Leanne.

I am also having this same issue. I’ve had a surgery cancelled as didn’t get the phone call for my preop. Why is this such an issue with EE?

Problem solved ee sent me a new SIM card to try now receiving 0300 numbers again.
Very strange.

@Bobbymoore2 , glad it has all now been sorted, thank you for coming back and letting us know.
