Hi my name is anna i am new to EE pay my bill for both phone and wifi each month bill isnt due till tomorrow but its saying no service no sim have EE cut my phone off or can this happen maybe for no reason my 1yr old dropped my moible on my woode flooring could that have moved my sim card inside maybe sorry have bipolar so ask a million questions at a time forgive me plz thanks anna p.s any help would be amazing xx

What is the exact error message your phone is giving you? SIMs are not easily dislodged, the phone is far more likely to sustain physical damage before a SIM has issues.
If there's a billing issue, then the SIM should still be recognised even if its network access is then suspended. Hence, what is the exact error message your phone is showing you?
Are you able to access the menus?
