Moved from BT to EE - now I don't have WiFI calling?

Hi, I have recently had to move from BT Mobile to EE.  I was told everything would be exactly the same but cheaper and more data?  I had to reboot my phone for the EE sim to work but now my phone does not have WiFi capability.  On my phones (Samsung Galaxy M31) setting/connections "WiFi Calling" is no longer in the list?

Have you checked in the phone app? Open the phone dialler, press more (the three dots), settings, is there a wifi calling option there?
