Hi,
im currently in Tenerife and have no internet connection. My phone is saying it is on Moviestar network and has 4G/5G but won’t send txts or connect to internet. I have set data roaming on and have rebooted the phone I tried to manually select a network but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Chris,
no doesn’t seem to be working today I don’t think I have a spend cap, I tried to send the roaming txt and it came through saying ready to go but still nothing.
