I'm in Portugal.
Roaming is on. Spend cap is set. I also bought the months roaming pass.
Doesn't even connect. Just see EE EMERGENCY calls / No service.
Please help. Tried twitter last night. Still no re espone

Could you try manually connecting to a different Portuguese network please?
