I installed an e sim to use when I was abroad. Now I’ve returned to the UK I haven’t any mobile data. Even the 150 number won’t connect. Help please.

Is your EE SIM a physical SIM or an eSIM? In your SIM settings have you switched back to EE as your primary line/one to use for mobile data?

@Petepops  Have you checked the APN settings as these would have changed because you used a different network sim in the device.   Have you checked to make sure you have switched back on the EE sim in the device settings? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Petepops Is the EE SIM showing as switched on/selected within the SIM settings of your phone? Does the phone show a network signal with the EE SIM switched on? 

Have you restarted your phone since arriving back in the UK ?
