Mobile blocked by EE

EE appears to have blocked my mobile which I’m still paying for. I can’t call their mobile number or 150 are there any ways to email EE?

You could try the message facility on the EE app, alternatively use another device to call.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
