For a long time now I’ve noticed that any time I am required to do some kind of verification via SMS for an account log in, there’s issues. Either it comes through after a delay, which could be a few minutes or even a full day, or it doesn’t come through at all.
At first I assumed this was specific to a certain company and their system but it’s happened from enough places that it feels tied to my number specifically. To the point with one I tried again with my partners number and it came through instantly.
Places like ebay, Ticketmaster, One4all, Tesco etc.
Ive seen discussions in other threads on this topic mention a network reset - how would I go about that? Thanks.

Try to collate some dated & timed examples of delayed text messages first. CS should be able to check SMS logs to identify the reason for the delay. You may need to speak to a couple of agents to find one with the necessary access.
Network refresh may or may not be the answer.
