It is normally a code relating to the network, or credit to send the messages. 

Are you in the UK?

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract?

Hi I’m on pay monthly and I have no problems with any other numbers. It’s the receiving number that has a problem and that is also an EE number. I’ve tried other phones to call it and and it’s a voicemail saying calls not currently being connected to this number, if you’ve dialled correctly I’m afraid it means that calls are not being accepted from the network. Then it goes to a welcome to EE voicemail to leave a message. When I tried to text the number it sent a bounce back text from the number (I thought the person had text and all was resolved) but it was a message saying not delivered due to error code 064.

Any help is much appreciated x

Hi @Loupit 

Could you check if the person you are trying to contact has blocked your number if their phone settings? 

Can they receive calls and texts from all other numbers?

Hi, no other numbers are getting the same message saying calls are not
being connected etc
