Making calls/texts from abroad (EU)

Hello. I can’t make calls or send texts. All account settings and phone settings are set up to enable roaming and calling so I’m not sure what the problem is. Please advise, many thanks.

If you are on contract with EE, can you check in the app or online that roaming and call abroad and premium calls are enabled?

If pay as you go, you need to make sure that you have enough credit to make calls and send text.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@DW47 Just to check you have call abroad and make premium rate calls enabled on your account?
Do you have a signal showing on your device? Have you tried manually connecting to a different network? Have you restarted the device since you go there ?
