I have paid to make 60 mins of calls from Egypt to the UK. Everytime I call the call immediately fails. Can anyone help ?

Does your phone show coverage indicators of a local network in Egypt?
If no - that will cause any calls or texts to fail, and would indicate that you haven't enabled the roaming facility.

If you have not enabled roaming on your EE account before leaving the UK you will need to speak with our customer care team who can activate this.
I would recommend using our online chat service which can be located by logging in to your My EE account.
