"Make calls abroad from the UK" is Blocked in my "EE" Account, and I want to enable them. I can't do that on any browser or phone.
My EE > Account Settings > PARENTAL AND DATA CONTROLS > Make calls abroad from the UK

Many regular users on this forum, myself included, have the issue of myEE reporting options showing blocked that are enabled.
As long as you are able to make international calls, the facility is proven as working.

@Online2027 : If you can't enable the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks to @Martin_Sm for solving my problem and to @Katie_B for her support and following up.
I can now make calls abroad from the UK, even though the option is still blocked in my account, as shown in the snapshot below.
I have waited until this option is enabled, but it is still blocked in my EE account.
