Lost data roaming while abroad

Had nothing but problems since I moved from BT to EE a few weeks ago. And to top it all off, my data roaming has now stopped while I'm currently abroad. It was working for the first 4 days and now nothing on any of my family's SIMs.

I am very sorry to hear this has happened whilst you are abroad. 

Are you aware if you are still connected to a network?

Does your account have a spend cap? you can check this by logging in to your My EE account

Do you still have voice roaming & text roaming? In other words, is it only mobile-data that is not working?

Does your phone still show a connection to a local network? And is this problem consistent across all the available networks in your host country?
