 I have just looked at my Jan 2025 statement and am unsure why Iv been charged for two numbers and why my bill was so heigh I was using an ESIM so have no reason to have been charged this amount when I wasn’t even using the sim with urself

I've had to reject the two images you shared here, as they contain personal information which we recommend not to post in any public forum. 

If you can mask the numbers on your bill and edit your post to reupload them, then that should be fine to take a look at.
