My internet is not working properly. I cannot access Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok. Even though I paid the bill, my internet is not active.

It is becase you have content lock activated. Try deactivating the service.

@Esila2022- If you was disconnected for none payment it’ll take up to 24 hours before it’ll work again. Can you access any other app that is not social media based ?
