International calls

Today I get add on international calls to my account but when I'm making international call I can hear only "calls to this number are barred from your phone." How can I activate international calls on my device?

Are you in the UK at the moment, but dialling an international number?

Yes also yesterday I spoke with someone from EE team and she said my international calls should be activated in 24h unfortunately today I'm still not able to calling

Is it showing as active in your My EE account, @Wolan?

Do you have a spend cap set up? That could be stopping a chargeable call from going through.

Yes it's active and I don't have spend cap set up.

Is it one particular international number that you're having problems with, @Wolan? Have you tried more that one?

Yes I tried with couple numbers and I had problem with all of them.
