I can see the availability of this add on but it doesn't give much detail about what this includes, i.e. how many minutes or price of calls. Can anyone help, please? Thanks

Which add-on is it that you're asking about?

Are you asking about calling abroad from the UK? Or calling whilst abroad, which is commonly referred to as roaming.

If you're referring to calling abroad from the UK, there's a free calling-abroad add-on that reduces the per-minute cost - that's explained here

There is also The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK that gives these calls at a fraction of the standard rates, but not as low as the £10 add-on, but also texts at a fraction of the standard rates.

Be warned, I just contacted support and they informed me the rate to South Africa is £2.31 per minute, an insane jump from the 5p/8p listed in this document. Its just gone from their website too...
