India Roaming

Hi there,

 I’d like to know if I’ll be in India for 2-3 weeks and spend cap is zero. I just want to receive incoming SMS like OTP etc so that will be free or incoming SMS is chargeable?

SIM Only Plan - All Rounder Unlimited 

Please advise.

Incoming sms is 82p per sms in India or it’s FREE? Basically interested in banking OTP sms

@Rky : Where you getting 82p per SMS from? That's the cost of sending only. Receiving SMS is free worldwide.

By sending ROAMING to 150 here it says send/receive sms is 82p thus I asked

Usage in INDIA will be chargeable at the following rate.

The costs from INDIA are:
Calls - £2.52 per minute to make/receive (Incl. Voicemail),
Texts - 82p to send/receive
Picture Messages - 89p per picture
Data - requires data add on

1. 150 is free to text even when roaming.

2. You can amend this at any time by texting SPEND CAP to 150
