Can’t use my date to use internet. Can’t make any phone calls. Customer service can’t help me and I really need HELP. I can only use my phone to communicate while connected to the internet.

If this is pay as you go, when was the time you made a chargeable call or text, or topped up the account?

It’s monthly contract. I have two numbers. Two of them don’t work here.

Can you try logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK, do they show as ticked?

I found it and all three options are in red. It says:Sorry, we're having problems. Text INFO to 150 to make your changes. I text but I can’t text 🤷🏻♀️

@JoannaJoJo , I suggested you ring via Skype, there is a free number that should work, otherwise you will have to ring customer service using another phone to get this activated, there is nothing that can be done here, as there is no access to accounts. I always make sure before going abroad that everything is enabled, best to check before going abroad.

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
