I'm hoping someone can help.
I travelled to France yesterday. Remembered to set up roaming whilst on Eurostar, just before leaving Kent.
From France, tried to increase my spend cap, but didn't seem to work. I think my phone was blocked whilst I was trying to remember my password.
As it's blocked, I can't ring EE Customer Services to resolve the issue!
Any advice?

Are you able to manually find and connect to a French network? Does it show signal bars?
