Hello,
I'm currently in the US and I am unable to receive or make any phone calls. It has just happened recently and I have a roaming package that allows me to use my phone like I do at home. Doesn't matter if I am connected to wifi or not, my calls still aren't going through. Also, I've tried turning my phone off and back on again. My wifi is active and I was able to make calls before but for the past two days, I have been unable too. Due to the time difference, I keep missing the window to chat to an agent and I'm not able to call the support line that the website gives me.

@T_Major Wi-Fi calling doesn’t work when abroad so that make no difference. Was this working before now ? Have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried a manual network search?

It was working before yesterday and I have already started restarting my device.
I'm not sure how to do a manual network search. Right now, my phone says its connected to T Mobile.

I've just confirmed that I don't have a spend cap on my account.
When I landed in the US, I received a text that said 'While you're in the Unites States of America thanks to your Roaming Pass you can use your plan minutes test and data allowances at no extra cost"
My plan includes unlimited minutes. I haven't had issues with using my phone aboard before. It seems to have come out of nowhere.

So after doing an update, I was able to manually connect to AT&T and now it works!
