Welcome to the community,

Do you have voicemail set up or is it turned off? You would need to have this set up, or the person who has rung you has not left a voice message, or do you mean that you have no messages in instant messages being left?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Could I just check for my understanding and to help you with the messages, what messages are not being recorded, is this voicemail messages or a messaging app that you are using? 

What device are you using?

How'd you know you are being left VMs? Is it just a notification saying there are some but when you go to look there aren't any?

If so, Get someone to leave you a VM, listen to it & then delete it. See if that clears it.

Sounds like the “Live Voicemail” on iPhones new iOS 18 software… just go to settings -> phone and turn off Live Voicemail.
