Why has my phone been bard whilst I’m in Portugal on holiday been here visiting my son since 10 February? What’s going on?

@Lesleykay1956  if you’re on contract, did you enable roaming on your EE account? This is done by texting and roaming to 150 or by calling customer services.   If you’re on PAYG you’ll need to purchase a 7 day roaming pass.

What makes you think your phone has been suspended? Has it worked in Portugal before? Does it show a connection to any Portugese networks?
