I had a look on app and it says I only have 1gb ,but I have 5gb.

I have been on the phone for ages,and they are starting  a  complaint procedure

.How could my data just change?

It appears to be resolved. My phone was in for repair for 4.days and I didn't get it back until late on 24th.The change was apparently made 23rd

EE still have not fixed my data issue.I have phoned them again but still nothing has changed.I do think the app is rubbish
