I don't have a dialing tone when I make call how can I solve this please

I do not have a dialing tone when I calling anyone how can this be sorted out because its annoying I don't no if call is going though until they answer, and I I'm fed up with it can you help please thank you

@Purple29   mobile phones do not have dial tone.

Dial tone is the sound you get when you pick up a landline before you start dialling.

If you mean ring/call tone, have you tried the sim in a different phone? 

Is it a sim problem or a phone issue?

Which phone?
