I have the same issue and heed to make an urgent call from abroad. please help

I cannot make any outgoing calls from my phone to the UK. I am on a 2 years contract mobile plan

What's the issue you have - can you be more specific?

Does your phone show coverage indicators? Are you in the UK or abroad?

Are you on a pay monthly contract or pay as you go? Have you been able to use the phone at all since you left the UK?
