I can't send text messages and do calls on my phone.

I was bought EE PAYG Sim Card in UK. When I land at Poland, I can't send messages on my phone. When I switched my sim card to Huawei Y5 2018 it doesn't work nothing, LTE, Text messages and calls. I switched this EE sim card to previous phone to check this and the same. I have announcement when i do call "Your calls are not cofigured" or something like that.

@they4sieq   Did you activate and use that sim in the UK first? If you didn’t it’ll not work abroad.      Also to use a PAYG sim in the EU you  need to purchase a roaming add on you can not use any pack allowance until you do.

Yes, I activated it and used it in UK before i leave the country i bought 10£ Subscription Pack/
How can I purchase this roaming add on?

Did you receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU on PAYG? Did you buy 1 of the "Roam Like Home" add-ons to be able to use your UK pack allowances there?

I did receive a msg with charges and i didnt buy "roam like home" addons

To activate the roam like home option, please see the below information; 

• £2.50 for 24 hours - to activate this add-on text ROAMEU1D to 150.
• £10 for seven days - to activate this add-on text ROAMEU7D to 150.
