I can't send SOME texts.

In the past month I have found 3 numbers I can't send text messages to. All 3 are valid UK mobile numbers and unrelated. I am able to text most other numbers I try.

I have checked the Message center number.

Sending these texts is part of my volunteer work for a charity so I had to borrow my sister's phone to send them. She is on Vodafone and they went through fine.

I find it peculiar that it is saying "Not sent". I would expect it to be sent & then find out there is something wrong at the other end, esp. as SMS are done on a store & forward basis. I presume you can send SMS to any made-up no. & they will be sent before they are discovered to not exist.

I have no idea. If it was my phone i'd assume it wouldn't send any SMS.

"not sent" is usually indicative of the outgoing message centre recognising an issue with that number, in the same way as a call would get the Number Unobtainable tone.

Proving the ability to call these numbers would be the next test.
