I can't send SOME texts.

In the past month I have found 3 numbers I can't send text messages to. All 3 are valid UK mobile numbers and unrelated. I am able to text most other numbers I try. 

I have checked the Message center number. 

Sending these texts is part of my volunteer work for a charity so I had to borrow my sister's phone to send them. She is on Vodafone and they went through fine.

What happens when you try to send a text?

I'm not currently allowed to calll the numbers as we need authorisation from the individuals to call them.

When I send a text it just says 'Not sent. tap to try again'

Is it possible that your number has been added to their block list, even if it was accidental? Is there any way that you can check with them?

I doubt it as I have never contacted them before. I don't know if they might be blocking any number they don't know. 

I can try to email them
