I can't make or receive calls

Hi,

I got a new A54 from your store on Saturday. The phone is fab. However I cannot make or receive calls. Is there something i need to do to make this happen?

Was this a brand new connection, or an upgrade?

Does the phone show coverage indicators?

Can you send & receive texts?
