How to transfer money from my balance to balance of another's subscriber

Good evening!

My husband accidentally topped up my balance twice; he was supposed to pay for his own number. We didn’t make it to the mobile store in time. How can we resolve this issue online? Thank you!

Hi @DaniellaAlf94

Welcome to the Community.

As the top-up has already been applied, there'd be no way to change this online now.

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned above, PAYG credit cannot generally be amended, but you're welcome to call our team directly to discuss all available options.

@DaniellaAlf94 : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable.
