How to recieve texts from hmrc when abroad

Hi there.

I am currently abroad and unable to recieve texts from hmrc on my UK mobile number. I have setup roaming and am recieving texts from missed calls etc but not from hmrc to get access code to login. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you send texts and make calls?
