How do I turn off my voicemail

Not sure how to turn off my voicemail I have suddenly started getting voicemails?

That did work, thanks. But, why not say that in the first place instead getting us to dial 0800..... then option this and option that? Which didn't work anyway.

Yes, the text service can be used with all pay monthly plans. To turn it back on, text VM ON to 150.

This has worked for me in the past. However I’ve been trying to turn voicemails off for several days. When I send VM ON or VM OFF to 150 I get the same message:

Your request to turn off your call divert to voicemail has been successful.

Please ignore - it worked the last time but hadn’t for 3 days
