@Sandral , do you mean you need to contact customer service or you want a contract?

 

You can do both by clicking on the contact us and ringing customer service or if you are an EE customer, then by pressing 150 on your mobile.

Customer service but my ee number is blocked So only my Poland number is
active +48 xxxxxxxxx

@Sandral , have you made sure that roaming is enabled, including call abroad and premium calls in settings on your account? You can only do this if you are on contract.

 

There is a free number you can ring using something like Skype which you will find the number by clicking on contact EE above.

 

If pay as you go, how long is it since you used your mobile and another thing, did you use your mobile before going to Poland, as the SIM card has to be used here in the UK first.
