Calling numbers are shown as private

Hello,

I have a galaxy S9 phone that I bought 4 years ago from Poland. I have recently moved to Cambridge. I bought EE SIM. However, my phone is showing all calling numbers as private. Any ideas how to fix this?

@abdelkareem  you need to call customer services and request that they reset your line.

Is this happening with incoming or outgoing calls?
