On what device? Connected to what network?
A simple way is to use 1 of the many What's My IP? sites, e.g. Whats My IP Address - IP Address, Whois & IP Tracing
Please clearly explain your issue & circumstances in greater detail & we'll do our best to help you with it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@Soupy1970 if you ask Google or other search facility it should tell you.

Sorry, I'm not the author of this post but I found this helpful. The thing that puzzles me is why you can't find it under 'system' information in Win 11. It used to be possible but not anymore unless I'm missing something.

@kmh15995 : Your PC or any other devices on your LAN don't know your public IP. Only the router knows that.

@Soupy1970 : So it wouldn't need to know your IP.
When you tell us which router you have we might be able to help you with this.
