Hi, I am on roaming and I try to activate the voicemail, not working

I texted VM On to 150, I received the confirmation , i set up the message , but the calls are not going to the voicemail. Even with the phone off the phone is ringing. What I should do for the voicemail to work ? Thank you

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer care team so they can check your account and help you get voicemail set up.

@AnaKiss Try texting VM OFF then turn off/on the device and then try VM ON.
