I'm currently traveling outside of UK. No more data. Have topped up my credit to GBP15. The app does not allow me to buy add-ons, only subscription packs. The messages to 150 are not being delivered. I call 150 but the number is not going through My family cannot call my number - what's going on?

How do I buy a pay as you go plan urgently ?
