So I’m in Cyprus at present and trying to collect back home in the uk but my phone is not allow go through instead there is non English speaking female comes on the ghee I dial the number saying I am not able to connect your call. Please help. The phone was working fine yesterday as I called the UK and it was fine. But today it’s acting up
Could you try connecting to a different available network please? Make sure it isn't a Turkish network though, as that could be charged at different rates.
