Same here in Luzern, CH No Service since "Time Change" last Sunday. Causing problems with Bank Codes on purchases.

They better NOT be charging me until it's fixed!!!

Does "EE" read this???

Hi @Travelingman

Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you try manually connecting to another network in your phone settings, does this show service on another network?

Thanks.

Leanne.

@Travelingman , have you tried rebooting your phone?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
Tried a manual search which didn't work but when I went into town it picked
up SALT, a local network so perhaps my local mast is down.

Thanks for the idea though 🙂
Yes a few times, perhaps the local mast is down, because it worked when I
went into town for lunch.

Thank's 🙂

Hi @Travelingman,

Yes, that does sound like a local coverage issue.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

James

So do I. It's a bit awkward when trying to do bank stuff from home and
can't get the codes!

Still no Service and am running out of cash+!
I Have been into several 'Phone shops ,but because I do not have a local contract and am on Roaming from Gb they were unable to help. Do I have to buy a new phone here and send you the bill. ?

?

@Travelingman   The change of the clocks has nothing todo with your network service.    If you are roaming was this working before the change of time in the UK ?   Did you enable roaming on your account before you left the UK ?    That’s only applicable to contract customers so are you a contract customer or PAYG customer?   And where are you ?
Don’t forget when you leave the uk you are changing times zones just like when the clocks change in the UK.

If you decide to purchase a device there EE will not refund you as that was your choice.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Travelingman , why did you think that the shops in another country could help?

Why would you buy a phone in another country and then expect EE to refund you the money for it?

How long have you been abroad without returning to the UK?

If on pay as you go, need to make sure you have enough credit on your pay as you go account.

In Switzerland there is more than one network, have you tried any others when doing a manual search? Clocks do not have anything to do with the service there.
