Having problems error 10

Cant receive calls or text messages comes up saying error10 or when someone calls me the message says cannot connect to this number?

@Smithy-1974  have you tried taking the Sim card out and giving it a clean ? Your device Cannot see your Sim, You might need to request a replacement Sim card.
