I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max and since today, for some reasons my iMessage and FaceTime is not activating on my number. I can’t tell if it’s from my phone or it’s from EE. Any suggestions please?

EE provide your phone with a mobile network connection which includes mobile data.
Does your phone show network coverage? Can you use other internet-based functions on your phone (when not using WiFi) such as web browsing, emails and other internet-based apps?

Yes, everything else is working fine. But the FaceTime keeps loading without activating

It could be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

In which case the problem likely lies within Apple's ecosystem.
I'll move your post to the Apple section of the forum for others who know iOS, to assist further.
