Hi
i have just received a message saying iMessage and WhatsApp not available in 5 days.
i have tried the ideas mentioned in the forum but to no avail.
I have retained my old number when I moved to EE.
Any ideas please?

@Mwords15 Message from who ? These are two different services and are not related to each other and you’ll not get a message related to both.
They both use data and that it,
Is there a link in the message ? Do use it but can you post the message you received.
