Enhanced voicemail alert no longer contains link to message

I have noticed over the last few days that the 'enhanced voicemail alert' no longer takes you to the Voicemail that has been left.

As an example - the text message recevied today says "Voicemail message recevied 12012 on 6 Dec. Duration 10 second. Click or call 22201 to hear this message"

If you click on the message it no longer  takes you to voicemail - this is because older messages used to say 'Click  (then  link) to get me to the message.

Has there been an update?

I am on a Samsung S22, with the normal message app.

What phone do you have? I wonder if it's some update rather than a network
issue?

What device are you using? 

Can you ring your voicemail and listen to the messages?

Samsung s20.  Ever since it did an update.

It's always worked before.

It's a useful facility to have so if ee can put it back im sure we would all be grateful.

Please report this to our tech gurus on 150 and they can run through some troubleshooting with you to get this looked into @Kembarnes
