EU roaming not functioning in Portugal

Hi I am using Pay as you Go EE and i have paid £10 for EU roaming yesterday in Portugal. But it is not working as I cannot use mobile internet here. Please help me sort this problem out.

Did you purchase the roam like home 7 day add-on?

Does your phone show a connection to a local network? That's required to make & receive calls, send & receive text messages & use mobile data.
