Good afternoon I’m currently abroad in Mexico and when I arrived I turned off flight mode and I have no service I had added the roam abroad pass a day prior to my departure from the UK. As I have no service I cannot call 150 and I have turned off automatic networks provider aswell to no avail if anyhelp that would be appreciated

Requesting a billing add-on is separate from enabling the roaming facility which is what allows your phone to connect to foreign networks. As mentioned, this is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.
If you did not do this, your only recourse is to now contact EE CS from another means, and request roaming is activated.

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK to make sure your account was set up to use abroad?
