my contract says EU ROAMING 0 on it but when I check it’s trying to charge me 2.47 a day?

I need to contact them! My contract says EU data 0 yet then says 2.47 per day I’ve tried to call 150 but nothing

  1. When did your current contract start? That includes when did you last upgrade? Only contracts started before 07/07/21 include free EU roaming.
  2. Does you contract include the Roam Abroad Pass as an Inclusive Extra?
  3. Post an image of where it says you have free EU roaming.
