I had issues transferring my eSIM I spent an hour chatting to get it resolved, it took almost 24 hours to work and not just another 24 hours after working it’s dropped off. I have tried to reach out on the app but it keeps referring me to call 150 or another number, however I CAN’T, the call FAILS I need to speak with a person and I’m becoming increasingly frustrated that I’m not able to use my phone the way I need to without WIFI connection

Are you in the UK.
What device do you have.

This suggests you're able to use WiFi-calling? Which, for clarity, does not mean using WhatsApp, Messenger, Facetime or any such method.
If you can use WiFi-calling, your SIM is working. Or at the very least, it allows an outgoing call over a WiFi-connection.
