EE obviously the worse service ever I don’t have service like 98% of the time and been blocked on Facebook as the lady there couldn’t handle my honesty problem is that I can’t call the service as I don’t have siginal .. does anyone have experience with leaving EE without paying fees ? As obviously mistake isn’t on my side and I have been ignore for over month no one from EE helped they just constantly closing the cases without solving the problem . I just paid bill for my phone even when I wasn’t able to use the phone and people couldn’t reach me .

Hi @LenaMa

Like evey contract if you want to exit early you will need to pay the termination/exit fee is unless you can agree a mutual settlement to exit.

Thanks

Is this a general lack of coverage, or only in one specific location? I'd be minded to suggest a fault with your phone if you're out of coverage to the degree you imply.

Unfortunately problem is on ee side not on my phone , EE just refusing to help

That’s the think I don’t want pay the fee didn’t even wanted to pay the bills as I don’t have any service ., and I can’t agree on anything with EE as they just refused to help and talk about the problem

What's your basis for being so sure your fault is with EE's network?

Been abroad and network there changed to 02 (as there is no EE)and I had siginal came back to UK and no siginal  especially in the area where I live and where I work (but of course website show amazing coverage 🙄🤦‍♀️). And like a month ago when I was new customer to ee they even said that it doesn’t looks like problem is on my side but they didn’t do anything to solve it on their side and that was basically first and last time they pretend like they care

EE is a UK network and offers roaming services with foreign networks to allow use of your phone abroad.

The coverage checker serves two purposes - the "check coverage" link that you've likely used predicts the usual service in a given area. The alternative is "check status" which searches for known issues and also allows reporting of new issues.

It show that my coverage is ok been checked my someone from EE but reality that the coverage is not existing in the area where is needed maybe if EE will pay me to move somewhere else where I’ll be able to use my phone then I will want to stay with EE but because I don’t see that happening I want to leave as I’m tired of not being able to call  when I need to and friends and family are sick of not being able to reach, I want to leave EE without paying fees I tried contact them showed them enough proof that I really don’t have siginal they just don’t  care … can I just stop the direct debit payment to them ?  t this point I’m wiling to try anything I just want to be able to use my phone

Hi @LenaMa,

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

If not, please use the 'report a problem' button to raise an issue.

Are you using WiFi Calling to improve your indoor coverage?
