On Wed 28th up until 6pm my WiFi on London Underground was working. This was Virgin Media WiFi.
However at 9pm it had stopped doing so and I was told to connect to EEI WiFi Auto. I am am unable to connect, it does not connect automatically. I have tried doing so on the platform or just at the entrance to the station . It ask for info, tech info which I do not have EAP etc.
How is this to be resolved.
